Department of Enterprise Services offers courses designed to help trainers and others who want to deliver presentations focusing on strategic persuasion and the art and science of influence.
These courses are broken down into four training modules:
- Adult Learning Styles will teach you about learning styles, adult learning theory and creating training that addresses the needs of participants.
- Presentation Skills will teach you basic skills in delivering effective presentations.
- Train-the-Trainer Part 1: Designing Effective Training Programs will help you design training programs.
- Train the Trainer Part 2: Effective Delivery Techniques provides you with tools and techniques needed when delivering your training program.
The Train-the-Trainer courses are only available for single agency classes. They are not scheduled for open enrollment.
